At first I was skeptical about McCain's plan to announce today. Well, I think that this is ultimate proof that this was a masterstroke.



I think the McCain campaign was brilliant in their handling of the DNC. They effectively stole as much media coverage as possible and milked the VP issue brilliantly.

For a long time I was really disappointed with the McCain campaign, but I think they have definitely turned the corner as of late. It'll be an interesting road to November.
