wednesday!

I was able to get back tot he hotel earlier than expected last night. I hoped I would be able to catch up on the sleep I've been severely lacking. While I got a couple more hours than usual, I'm still beat. I'll be waking up early on Thursday for sure, and probably Friday as well- my flight back to Omaha is at 1 or so, and I'm guessing the airport will be a zoo.

There is a big Rudy Giuliani rally downtown this morning that most of us are going to. I, however, am doing more covert work.

Today is the busiest day of the week schedule wise. there are major events pretty much every minute of the day. The already omnipresent security will only metastasize tomorrow when Senator Obama arrives. You can' open your eyes in this town and not see a score of policemen- every single one in full riot gear with bags of materials hanging from them. I've tried to get a picture, but they move so quickly doing so is difficult.
