gettin' plugged! and more photos

First of all, a massive shout out to the good folks at Leavenworth Street. It's pretty much the best political blog in Nebraska and they gave us a nice, and unrequested plug. As an added bonus, they call me "ballsy" ;-] In addition, CR Nation gave us a holler too.

I wish this picture would have come out better... It's Congressman Earl Blumenauer from Oregon. Earl looked "interesting" walking out of a 500 dollar a night hotel and a Democrat Congressional Caucus meeting wearing a bow tie and bicycle helmet. He went on to rant about how he was helping save the earth by riding a bicycle at the convention. My guess is all that happened is he would up sweaty with helmet head at all of his meetings.


It was requested that I take no more pics with Dems... but I couldn't resist when I saw Mr. Anti-War Congressman John Murtha.


Also, Rod Balgojevich's beautiful main was too tempting. This will come in handy when he's indicted.


I can't overstate how many cops there are here. I'm not exaggerating when I say that at every locations in downtown Denver, a policeman is within eyesight. Here is a pic of a car full of riot police- you see these often.


And me with one of the riot police taht are everywhere. They are stacked from top to bottom. Wouldn't want to get in a fight with any of them.
